Calendar Views

No matter the number of events in your calendar, you can always keep them organized using the five calendar views available in SchoolDays. These views includes a summary for helping you through you next few days in the week. The day, week, and month views allow you to control the way you want to see any or all of the calendars available. The list view is popular for printing and including in newsletters or handouts.


Event Details

Events can include as much information as you need. Adding an address to an event will allow users to easily get maps and driving directions. Include your contact information in case of questions with just one click. Files can be attached directly to an event for easy document sharing. Email and website addresses are also automatically linked in the event description if entered.


Website Integration

Don't worry about keeping your website updated, let SchoolDays do the work for you. SchoolDays offers an easy system for setting up event integration with any website. You have the option of either an events list that displays upcoming events or a mini calendar that will highlight the current day and days that have events. Users just click on an event title, or a day on the mini calendar and are taken to that day on your full SchoolDays calendar for more information. Best of all, you have full control over how the information will look on your website.


Groupware Made Easy

Because your calendar will be web-based, there is no need to worry about who can use your calendar or where. This allows anyone with a computer and Internet connection to access your school calendars. SchoolDays also supports inviting participants to an event with easy response actions built-in. You can even request approval for resources needed for your event, like a room, projector, etc. When people can work together, they work better.
